Projects

  • Built a ticket system app for issue tracking, including automations for email, Teams, and tagging other users for efficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate. The app also has identity access management built in to differentiate between admin and user roles.
  • Organized and compiled an asset tracking system to track OTSS's equipment. Prior to this asset tracking system, there was no centralized way to track equipment as there were 3 places that held this information. Now, OTSS IT references this new system as the best way to know where hardware is, assisting in keeping device loss at a minimum.
  • Designed and implemented a network installation when OTSS moved locations from Newport, MN to Woodbury, MN. This installation increased bandwidth from the old location to the new location by 400%.
  • Migrated OTSS's phones and laptops from ScaleFusion MDM to Intune. This improved device security and application control for both the end user and the IT department. All configuration and compliance policies were configured by me, and have proven to promote better security of company files and device retention.
  • At Carver County, I imaged 400+ Dell Wyse cloudbooks, and asset tagged over 2000 pieces of hardware.

    Personal Projects

  • Of course, this website! It is hosted on Cloudflare and coded in HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Eventually it will be moved to an Azure Static Website instance.
  • I built a NAS out of a spare computer. It is running Ubuntu Server with a Samba share on my home network.
  • I have built 2 computers for personal use, and have helped coach a friend on building his own computer.
